The piece, meant to accompany Battenberg’s ten-day exhibition of oil and watercolor paintings in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt, applies digitally recorded and manipulated analog sounds only, such as dripping water and guitar playing, as well as some casual field recordings from Habibi – Falafel & Schawarma, Berlin.
